At Smyth Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation, including diamond certificates.

• 3.
  Ship to Smyth

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
